Service Description

We first review the clinical records, assess the progress made to date on the claim, then craft a strategy that will be used to carry the case forwards. At times it may be necessary to engage attorneys and other professionals toexpedite and or carry the case forward. A deposit (R750.00) is payable to open a file, any furtherwork being billed on an hourly rate. Should Tribunal representation be needed, this is charged at an additional rate. You will be appraise accordingly.
